Most of our home decor and furniture items are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, standard delivery typically takes between 5 to 10 business days.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Calex ships to all 50 states and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations in the near future.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unassembled. Please note that custom-made or final sale items are not eligible for return.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's portal to monitor your delivery in real-time.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Calex furniture pieces come with a limited one-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects and structural integrity under normal residential use.
